Who splits their pill in half?

Just wondering who splits their 37.5 mg tablets in half to take separately throughout the day. If you do, have you noticed a difference or why did you decide to do it in the first place. And, when do you take them? I just increased my dosage from 30 mg to 37.5 mg & thought about splitting it, but I don't know if it's necessary. There was no way to split the beaded 30 mg blue/clear capsules. Thanks!

I did split my 37's in half, one before breakfast and the other before I left work so it would last through the night. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Hopefully it will help u though, it has worked for others.

Yep, it didn't work for me either! That was pretty much my last effort. So now I am solo!! Goodluck and I hope it works for you!!
