tlgreene is right about water, for me it's the hardest part of all this. Also, I have read lots of stuff about the duration of cardio. So, I suggest you lengthen your routine as much as you can, a little at a time, and remember to slowly increase intensity and change up the form (i.e. aerobics, treadmill, biking) so that your body doesn't build a tolerance to what you're doing.
