new member with questions

I just started phentermine yesterday. I am experiencing cold clamy hands. does any one else have that problem. I am taking 37.5 mg. 1/2 pill in the morning before bfast and 1/2 pill 30 min before dinner. Just needing support and guidence.

Katee, I had cold hands when I took Phen as well. They would be freezing cold, like ice. I think this is a common side effect for some. I haven't been on it for about a month or more though.
