I was experiencing some pain on the left side of my chest.I thought it must be a side effect of the phen.I was crossing my fingers that it wasn't because I've lost 47lb in the last 3 1/2 months and feel real good about it.I went to the Dr's to get checked out...blood pressure ect.Turns out everything is fine. The problem was that I have been having some stress and my back muscles are real tense & the pain has worked the way to the front. What a relief but still not good. The thing I also noticed is that since taking Ionamin 30mg I've been going like crazy and it can make me a little moody and tense. My sulution was relaxing for 1 whole day doing nothing, just reading a good book, letting my hubby take care of the kids and fixing the meals.Have someone massage you and take a long hot bath.It works I feel a lot better.I still took my Ionamin but for others you might want to give that a day off to.So if you're having chest pain don't panic till you see your Dr. and maybe all you need is a day r 2 off...

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better and that it wasn't anything serious!

I know this is true for a fact. When I do weight training for back or abwork, I get mild chest pain. I thought I was having a heart attack and I wasn't even taking Phen! Turns out it was muscle pain wrapping around the chest. I thought it was only me! Thanks so much for this post!
