I am having bad headaches..Did anyone else??

The past three days I have gotten really bad headaches late in the afternoon and tylenol did not help. Did any one else get headaches? Its early morning here and I can tell already I am going to have another one today.. :-(

Yep, and it is usually one of two things for me when I'm taking phen: water or food. How long are you going without eating? I find if I go longer than 3 hours (even if I don't feel hungry) I'll start to get the headache, so I try to make sure I eat an apple or other fruit in the afternoon at 3:00 ish and a big glass of water.

I was getting headaches so bad last week that I stopped taking the phen altogether b/c I was scared that the pills were causing the pain. I couldn't work or anything.. I had to just lay down and close my eyes the pain was so severe.
Where are your headaches? Mine were in the back of my head (where neck meets head) and right behind my eyes.... I was also running a low grade temp with these headaches, has anyone else ever done that?
Do you think that my dose could be too high? Maybe I don't need the 37.5 pills..... HELP

I noticed yesterday that I did not get my headache until after I had caffiene at lunch time..Within an hour..Bam! There it was..this morning I had a soda and sure enough there is the headache...is that not the strangest thing? I am getting headaches from caffiene now.. go figure...At least thats what I am thinking they are from.. I am eating 3 meals aday.. Just cut back alot on my fat intake..I eat fruits thru out the day and drank so much later yesterday I thought I was going to float off..lol

I noticed my headaches are more to the back of my head and on the right side.. My eye even hurt last night..lol But they are very painful and I hope I can figure this out before I stop taking the pills. Cause they sure are working!!

When Im on phen I get terrible headaches too. The pain is in the front of my head though.. pretty much across my whole forehead. Lasts all day

Is it okay to take alieve & phen together?? If anyone knows..

Now that I think about it Beth, I had a couple of cokes with caffeine in them last week too....we need to get some advice from the regulars around here and see if they know anything about this!

what dose of the pill are you taking? 8.5 lbs since 3/13 is AWESOME!!! Are you watching your diet strictly (like low carbs or something) or are you just exercising like crazy?? Help I need some pointers!!!

I think the majority of what I have lost may have been fluids .. the first week I was tinklin like crazy..lol I have almost cut fat out of my diet all together. And I work out three times a week for at least 30 minutes. I am so determined this time to make this happen. I think the caffiene really has something to do with my headaches..Just so odd I get them right after I have soda or coffee..So I am going to lay off the caffiene and see how it goes.

Oh no.. I cant go without my morning coffee. It may be the caffeine... I only have about 2 cups per morning and then no more caffeine the rest of the day.

Caffeine withdrawal will cause massive headaches, also sugar withdrawals. Take something before the headache gets too bad, also if you eat something it usually will help. When your blood sugar drops too low a headache follows. Usually after a few days they get better, if you are getting off caffeine or sugar. If you just cant stand them and nothing is helping, try drinking a little something with some caffeine. When I went off it, I went half and half and gradually cut back.

If you are not eating enough also. Try eating 6 small meals a day, high protein will help.

My headaches were so bad I stopped taking the phen. Mine hit me at the back of my head on the right hand side. I got the sore eyes and also a really stiff jaw too. This really scared me and the pain was so unbearable. I want to go back on the phen but I'm scared to. Can anyone help?

I don't usually drink coffee or cola so it's not caffeine withdrawal. Eating regularly and drinking heaps too so not that either. I'd love to know if anyone has the same thing with the jaw.

I have cut way back on my sugar intake and just about every thing else for that matter..lol My body may be going in shock from no more ho-ho's..lol I took my pill a little later this morning and I didnt have any jitters today. Which is great! The headache is not as bad as yesterday, as of yet. The one yesterday left me totally drained and I hate that feeling. I am going to ride this out a few more days and see if it all levels out. If not I will go see the doctor and see what he can figure out. If my rear gets any larger I will scream!! So I really want this to work. I have read some of the success stories on here and it makes me feel wonderful to see what you all have done. I will order the 37.5 mg next time and see if that makes a difference instead of the 30mg I am using now. Thanks everyone!!
