Hello everyone. I just wanted to wish everyone a good memorial day. I hope everyone has a good day what ever they do. I have to work 10:30am-midnight. Be carefull.

Well i had a very slow day today. 3 non emergency calls in 14 hrs is very very good. Hope eveyrone had agood day.

i too am hoping everyone had a good memorial day, i did very well as far as my food intake, but the beer, whoa, another story. i am just gonna chalk it up to that was my 1 cheat day but with drink rather than food. the scale was still nice to me this morning. day 12, down 14 lbs. just hope it continues this easy. enough rambling. hope all are safe and doing well.
