Good gosh girl, whatcha been doing? 16 pounds in ONE month! Wow! That is very fast for someone as close(well at now) their ideal weight. I used to lose that much, when i weighed like 220, but now i am happy to see 5 pounds gone. I've lost 11 in the past month 1/2, and i thinks that's too fast! So, do tell what you have been up to, so i cann get on the same path! And congrats by the way!
