I have been on Phentermine for1 1/2monthsnow and have lost 25 lbs. This really surprised me be- cause the only thing I really changed was that i started skipping dinner and cutting sweets from my daily routine~! How have ya'll done? I amreally gratefull for losing this weight! Last yearafter a surgery I gained 50lbs going from 130-180-184. Phen has helped me by bringing me down to 155!!! I feel much better and not to mention lighter!!

that is wonderful!!!!! i have been on phen for almost a month. i have lost 7.5 pounds. actually i am a little dissapointed....but atleast i am loosing. i have cut out all regular cola and chocolate ( i have a bad problem with chocolate)i actually gave it up for lent. with phen it seems to be easier. my portions are much smaller now, and i know i eat much less through the day. i walk...even tho i did not take an extra step last week

keep up the great work. i am so happy for you. i hope to be catching up to you soon!
