Does anyone take Glucophage or Metformin...... - Phentermine.com

And if so, I have questions. I was put on 500mg of Glucophage (but got metformin instead) but the 500mg were hard for me to swallow. My dad says it is all in my head but the dang thing gets stuck in my throat. Does anyone know if there is a smaller pill than the round 500mg? I can take tylenol's with no prob as long as they are coated. It is the round pills that I have a hard time with (I can take small round ones but if they get bigger than a pencil eraser I can't swallow it)

Does anyone have any suggestions??? The doc said he will prescribe a smaller one for me but they don't come any smaller than the 500mg but there is Glucophage XR that comes in 250mg but he thinks it will be bigger. Anyone take that one???

I'm on Glucophage XR. 1500mgs. at night. Try choking down three of those mo-flo horse pills! It helps me to get a huge glass of water pop in the pills and just drink and drink until they go down. It gets me to drink more h2o and it gets the pills down o.k. I've been on it for two years, and it does get better. Good luck!

By the way I love your screen name! My dad used to call me shortcake or shorts when I was little! Now I resent my vertical challenge, but hey it brings back memories!

I take Glucophage/Metformin HCL. However I take 1000 mg twice a day...horse pills. Heh...but...you can get the 1000 mg ******s and break 'em in half ifn you want...don't know if that will help at all....they are still pretty chunky in size.
