new and having headaches

Does anyone else have headaches in the morning? I take my 30mg yellow in the morning and it works really well. I've lost eight pounds in four days, but the downside are these terrible headaches that wake me up around 3 or 4 in the morning. Is this a side effect that will pass? I hope so because this really is the first thing in years that has given me any hope of losing all the weight I've put on since I've had kids.

aw, that s*cks! I don't know if that's a side effect, did u try and check it out on a search engine? I know I haven't gotten any headaches though and have been on the pil for a month now...

Hi!

A lot of people had headaches in the beginning of taking phen. I did too. Just be careful with your blood pressure - sometimes a headache is a signal of that. For me, the headaches did go away. Drink lots of water and that might help!

Thanks for the advice. . I researched the headache thing and it's listed in the side effects. . .blood pressure is fine tho. I finally had a good night's sleep last nite so maybe I'm adjusting. Many thanks for the replies--

I had headaches the last time I tried to take it and it scared me and I quit. This time, however, I began taking plenty of B vitamins and I'm doing fine. I do think you'll be okay. Just get all the nutrients you need AND plenty of water. Good luck.
