I'd like to know what the average weight loss is on Phen and about how long it took to lose it.
I have been on it for about a week now.
From what I have read, it seems like it is a slow but sure process.
Thanks

I can honestly say that when it comes to those I love and have loved, I have no regrets!
May this day find you forgiven and forgiving.

Your weight loss will vary depending on how much you have to lose to begin with. It depends really on a number of things. Some people will lose 2 or more pounds in a week's time, while others will lose more or less. Just remember that most of what you lose in the beginning will be water weight and from there it will start to slow down a little; that's when you'll really be losing the fat. It can't encourage you enough to drink plenty of water; that will determine your loss also and eat enough calories. Don't let your calories go down too low and drink enough water and you'll be fine. I look forward to hearing about your success.
Well when I first took phen, about 3 years ago..I lost 26 pounds in less than a month. Had a baby since then and its taken, OH about 2 years to lose 2 pounds. IT STINKS. But its my fault for lack of exercise and those darned gummy worms.
I have been taking it for only 4 days and I have lost 5 pounds (Down to 254 today). I am trying VERY hard though so I don't know if it's the Phen (cause I still am very hungry)or the willpower I've been using to resist. I have been drinking at least 100 ounces of water a day and keeping my calories/fat/carbs very low. The only effect of the Phen I have is the dry mouth, slight appetite suppression (at times). It's only been 4 days so maybe more time is needed for me not to be hungry. I'm hoping the weather gets a little better here, so I can start walking. Hard to walk in ice![]()

Agree with the previous posters.
It seems like the pattern (for those who post here at least) has seemed to be that the more you HAVE to lose, the quicker phen shows results. Like if you have 25 lbs. or less to lose then it comes a bit slower. At least that is the pattern I have picked up on reading posts over time.
Stick with it and just be SURE to drink you water and exercise!! You will go NO WHERE without those two thing! GOOD LUCK!

One thing I've noticed is that the weight loss slows down or is nonexistent if I don't drink the minimum amount of water. Easy on a hot day... not so easy on a cold day.![]()

I shall pass this way but once, any good or kindness therefore, that I can do or show to any being, let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again.
I would by no means say this is average but for me Ihave taken phen for a month and a half now and lost around 16 pounds ~ I started at 192 and now am at 176 Its going pretty steady but not too quick - its slowed down alot the second month ~ Hope this helps and good luck![]()
