For those who wonder about dosage - Phentermine.com

I know I don't post much anymore and there are a lot of newbies here, so here's a quick history of me:I started out on 15mg, then to the yellow 30mg, then to blue/white 30 mg, then to 37.5mg, then to phendimetrizine, then back to 37.5mg, and now back to yellow 30mg as of today.
I went back to the yellow 30mg b/c my dr finally prescribed it to me again.
I gotta tell you guys, this all took me about 16 1/2 months to go through all those stages. Anyway, I was worried the 30mg wouldn't do anything b/c A- i've been on phentermine so long and B- because i've been taking the 37.5. Well ya know what, it surprised me b/c not only am i not hungry but i feel just better in general then i have in months. I don't even remember feeling this good on the blue/white 30mg (which is when i started ordering online vs from the dr).
Anwyay, i know a lot of people say this higher the mg the better or the blue/white vs yellow are the same, but for me anyway the yellow seem to be donig the trick.
Thought i'd let you all in on my discovery!

HEY ZAP I STARTED ON 30MG AND I ONLY LOST 4 POUNDS THAT MONTH
I HAVE BEEN TAKING THE 37.5 CAPSULES THEY ARE TIME RELEASED
DO YOU THINK I SHOULD SWITCH UP?

Yep I was on the 30 mg blue clear and they were great but they started to wear off a little so I went off completely for 3 months and just recently started the yellow 30 mg phen and I feel great. It is almost like my mind isn't as hazy, does that make sense?? I haven't been hungry and I feel alert. Tammy
