THis is what made me relize that I wanted to start to loose weight again. I was folding the huge load of clothes. Actaully it was several loads of clothes. I had washed them all but had not had the chance to fold and put them away. SO again I was folding all these clothes and putting them away when I relized that all my desser drawers are full of stuff I don't wear. Don't get me wrong people We are not poor! But my drawers are FULL of ratty old clothes that I have worn the hell out of. Let me tell you why!!! I will not buy clothes. I am serious. I will not buy anything new. All my panties are old worn out and elastic buckling! But the funny thing is I have a ton of really nice looking small panties. I can't bear to throw them out! I won't throw them out because I spent alot of money on those. So what I did was I starting throw clothes out. Any thing that was too big went first. Let me tell you there was none of that. Anything that I could wear now but was in horrible shape went next. and all my really good clothes that I wnat to get back into stayed right where it was. I am getting back into my thin clothes. So even if it takes me forever to do it. I am starting today and moving forward. i am going to make an apointment to get the phen. I am going to work on the type of food I eat and mostly I am going to walk on that treadmill!!!

I know exactly what you mean! I had a few outfits that I ALWAYS wore and drawers full of shorts that didn't fit and Tops that don't look good cause they pulled accross the bust or showed off that roll around the middle.

About a year ago I cleaned house and started exercising. I still haven't made it back into all those "Cute-little" outfits YET but I will by summer. I look better now without the cloths from exercising but I still can't get it all off and I'm still in basicly the same size...just more toned. So I got on the phen and it really helps me w/portion and appetite control to give me that boost I needed.

Best of luck to you! I know you can do it...just don't give up...what ever you do.

Also, if you exercise you might want to measure yourself as well as weigh-in. Cause even w/the phen you'll be adding muscle which weighs more so you may plataue (sp?) on the scales but still be losing inches. Measureing helps me keep from getting frustrated when this happens

I hear you. I have a huge closet full of clothes, and nothing to wear. Hubby says "I never see you wear any of that stuff. Don't you like it anymore?"

Something else I relized is I do not have any stylish clothes in my closet. I am only 25yrs Old I should have stylish clothes and looking HOT!!!! Mostly I want to get back into those little red panties I LOVE!! Well I am back to cleaning!
