Phen does not work the same the second time round. i only took it for two months the first time and that was a few months ago now.I took my first 30mg this morning and i could feel its effects but not as strongly. I am a little hungry but i can control it easily and i have also been feeling quite sleepy all day. Weird!
Can anyone else share their experiences of phen the second time round. I lost around 26lbs in the first month of phen last time..can i expect the same kind of results this time? The second month last time i only lost 2lbs which is why i stopped taking it.
What do you guys think?

I think the reason phen doesn't work so well the second time around is because it did work so well the first time, that we tend to expect the same results even though we aren't putting as much effort into it. At least that's what I found. Also, I think your body does tend to get used to it. The first time I took it, I lost 30 lbs in 2 months, but I never exercised. I had to stop taking it because I developed gallstones & had to have my gallbladder removed.

Now this time being on it, it took 4 months to lose the 30 lbs & I know it's because I was more relaxed on the effort of eating better, drinking a lot of water & exercising regularly.

I am determined to keep going though. Even though the phen just barely suppresses my appetite, I do notice that in the evenings, the cravings are gone. I don't feel any extra energy & that's ok......if you exercise regularly, the energy will be there on its own.

Dawn, I just saw your post I really hope it works because I just renewed my prescription. I have about 30 more lbs to go and need the help to cruve the appetite. Let me know how your doing. I know in chat you were sleepy, is it still happening. Paula
