question about prenatal vitamins - Phentermine.com

After reading some of the posts on here, I got pretty concerned about hair loss. Also, I have reduced my calorie intake so much and that worries me. Anyways, I bought prenatal vitamins today because I thought it would be the best way to make sure I'm getting everything that I might be lacking. Somebody told me it could be harmful to take these though if you are not pregnant. What do ya'll think?

As far as vitamans go, your body will reject any thing that you "don't" need! Pre natal vitamin's are a well balanced vitamin. You could take three multi vitamins a day and the body would flush what you don't need! Take them vitamins and PLEASE don't O D .

Are they with or without iron? I only ask because I know that if your body gets too much iron you can feel sick! And we dont want that to happen!
