Thread: I have fallen off the band wagon!!!

    This week end has been the worst for my diet. It actually stared off on the 4th. Then it just went down hill from there. The worst thing about all this is I have not exercised at all in almost 2 weeks. After getting that tooth pulled I just could not make myself do it. Tomorrow I will, I promise I will work out! I was doing so great. I was loosing again and as of this morning I have putback 2 pounds. I know I should not beat myself up over this but I have to get back out there and work on it again. ugg I hate trying to loose weight. But I will never be smaller if I don't get myself going and get this weight off!!!!

    Oh goodness you sound just like me all the time!! Actually its been kindof opposite for me, normally I'm so terrible about diet and exersize, but the last few days (since like the fourth) I've been really good. Isnt that funny.
    One you force yourself back on that wagon it will get easier. Its that initial jump back on that can be tricky. You can do it!

    Oh Shannon, it happens to all of us. What I do when I run a muck is plan my next few days of meals out and write them down. Somehow, if it is in writing, I feel more accountable. Get a plan, and implement it! I know you can do it! It just takes a couple of good days to pick up momentum again. I know you can do it!!!!!!!

    Thanks you guys. I was not able to get to the forum this morning and I had forgot about my post until just a little bit ago. I actually think I did pretty well with diet and I actually exercised today. So to big thumbs up for me. Tomorrow will be better also.

    Give yourself a swift kick, and then a nice pat on the back once you get busy again. You have done great, and will do so again.

    Oh, if you continue to keep fallling of the wagon, I will have to put a seat belt on there for you. And, I will have your hubby constantly wake you up in the morning with his "little friend".
