Phen has made me a little sleepless and on top of that my husband is gone so it make it worse..do any of you take something to help with that...ext..

How long have you been on the Phen? This is a common side effect for some AND SHOULD get better in time! As for what you can take with it? I would ask your Dr. or pharmacist what is safe to take WITH the Phen!

Tylonel PM actuall has almost an oppisite effect for me....
