Hello to all my Phenster Friends in this forum...I been on phen for almost 3 weeks now and I have only lost 3 measley pounds.

I am so afraid that I am not going to be as successful as the 1st time...I get discouraged so easily...that is the worst part of it.

Has anyone experienced this before and now have a success story to share...I appreciate any advice or story you wish to share...to help a sister out here.

I will say that I have slacked off on the WATER intake :-( and unfortunately for me
I have no time to exercise...the only exercise I do...is when I walk to and from the train station getting to work or going home. I am currently weighing 167lbs...I guess it would of been 170lbs if I hadn't lost those 3 measley pounds which I guess I should be grateful for huh? I am only 4ft 11inches short and I want to drop to at least 135lbs...how long do you think it would take me to get there if I follow a plan. Let me know please...I don't want to give up on myself...I feel that I am and I really don't want to...I would love to at least lose 20lbs from now to the end of April of this year.

LET ME KNOW IF THAT IS POSSIBLE...I NEED ALL THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT YOU GUYS CAN DISH OUT TO ME.

I must have some pull here at the forum you got in!I am so happy .....Now about your weight issue...You can do this...drink your water,I mean carry it around your neck if you have to..This is the key....During your lunch break walk even if its 30 min every little bit helps...Make short goals for your self. Like lose 2 pounds this week,and the next week three.Its better making those goals instead of the big ones.before you know it by the end of April you are twenty pounds lighter..As Bob the builder says
"Can we do it?" "YES we can" Chelsea can help you by singing that one....LOL

Thank you Jellibean...I know that WATER is the KEY...but my problem is I want to see results quick and I know that is not possible and it's the wrong way of thinking. My other phen friend Fay told me the same thing...DRINK, DRINK and DRINK that water...so, I will LISTEN, LISTEN and LISTEN and hopefully next week I will see some kind of results...I will take it one day at a time and hopefully from now to April...I will be 20 lbs lighter...Keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer...maybe you have some pull with God too...

PS...Chelsea can definetly help me out with that song...I will tell her you said so.

well HELLO THERE! I am not sure really what if any advice to give you, so instead I will just offer my support and tell you that YOU CAN DO THIS! Maybe switch up your routine a little bit...try not eating after 6pm, or limiting your carb intake...or less sugar, or MORE WATER, or whatever..just try and switch things up and see what happens. May I ask what you are doing now? Just curious...
