Headaches anyone?

Since I've restarted phen last week, I've noticed myself getting these extremely awful gutt-wrenching pounding headaches. Anyone else experience these? Just curious if it was a side effect? I had been on phen before and never felt anything like this. HELP!!!!!!!

Haas...Me too. I would get the headaches whenever I quit phen or restarted. They were bad enough that all that I wanted to do was to sleep. If it's any consulation, it get's better.

Anyway, I got them too. I started on phen 7 days ago, didn't take it today though. I was having a lot of side effects and wanted to quit for a couple days to see if its the phen or something else. I'll probably give it another try tomorrow.
Try taking a tylenol and an ibuprofen like motrin or advil. I've found and a doc has told me that taking the 2 together can increase their effectiveness on headaches and pain. Its always worked for me. best of luck!

I had a few headaches than.Latley though
I have had alot of headaches. Dont know
why and these headaches really hurt.

I was told Excedrin Migraine works well for those headaches

Pay attention to your blood pressure. If you're under a doctor's care, pop in to his/her office and get a BP check. Also, make sure you're drinking lots of water. Headaches can be caused by dehydration.

Have you tried increasing your water intake? Since taking phen I have noticed I get a headache when I dont drink enough water. Hope this helps!

Haas... I used to get headaches every day on Phen...

OMG!! How did I do that? I know someone posted something really funny last night - that was what my response was intended for. Good grief - I'm sorry about the mixup, and sorry about your headaches! I have had bad ones, too (not from phen) and COMPLETELY sympathize.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. I've been called many things - but that beats all! No - it was a post ABOUT the advantages of being a man. We are identical twins! Most definitely! I did't HAVE twins, but my brothers are twins. Is that close enough?

Today I didn't have a headache? Hmmm wonder why? I'm going to try the water thing. I never thought a headache could be from dehydration? Thanks you guys for letting me know it just wasn't me.

I could be wrong, but I think I remember someone writing about the headaches when starting phen being related to all the water we drink. They said it is because we are low on potassium now that we are also making more trips to the restroom. I know alot of people who take diuretics that also have to take potassium. I know yogurt has quite a bit of potassium and offhand can't think of anything else to add to your diet. I just know I listened to the advice and though I don't know exactly what life change gets the credit....I can tell you, like the others are saying, the headache problem doesn't last too long. I don't have them anymore at all.
