Ok, I am mad!! I do not fly anywhere! If I can't drive then I can't get there.

Phriends are going on the Cruise........
Phriends are meeting in Ohio.........
Phriends are planning on Vegas.......

All I have to say is what about us on the East Coast?
Let's plan something here. It doesn't necessarily have to be North Carolina but I wanna meet some phriends. I just met HOTMAMA this past weekend and we had a blast!

Let's get this thing rolling. I don't want to be in charge but I sure will help! I volunteer HOTMAMA to be captain (he he ha ha)

Hey...I am all for North Carolina. My Mom, Sis, and Aunt are all there. So plan away and I am there. I will be there anyway in October, (furniture market), and November, (long weekend on Bald Head Island), but I am always looking for a reason to go to NC. Count me in.

i think that's a great idea! now that i think things are finally starting to calm down around here i have time to plan. just let me know when everybody is free and we'll put something together. it wouldn't cost much to rent a house at myrtle beach for a weekend or i would be glad to have everyone over to my house. we have lots of room and only one neighboor who could care less how much noise we make. i have a cool place by the creek with lights, a grill, hammock, porch swing, professional size vollyball, and great area for a bonfire.

i tried to post this the other day but my stupid power went out... saturday night with bebesmom was a BLAST!!!! we had so much fun! when scott called the next morning and asked how much i drank i told him i had a few drinks and to many jello shooters to count if i hadn't had to come home and take care of my dog i would have stayed longer. her hubby is very cool and reminded me alot of scott. it was so nice to be around other people who even though they are "adults" still know how to have fun! i had been so stressed that going out and just being me for a change was just what the doctor ordered. you know how easy it is to get so wrapped up in being mom, wife, accountant, maid, cook and everything else i forgot how it was to be me! i'm looking foward to doing that again!

I'll drive from Maryland to anywhere on the east coast to meet y'all! North Carolina is fine for me. October wouldn't be good though....going to Florida to visit my friend for my weekend away. Don't think I could get away with two weekends away in October...I'll keep checking out the posts! I would love to meet some of you!

I just came back from the East Coast, we took the kids to Sesame Place in PA. What a blast we had! The drive was nuts from Chicago area and 3 kids! Nothing like 13hrs in the car (thank god for those t.v.s) Next time we make it to the East Coast I would like to stay for 2 weeks and drive the whole East coast, its amazing how many states you can drive all the states and see so much!

Ya know what would sound really cool? Halloween at the beach. My Aunt lives there so we could probably get a locals discount on some stuff. I can call her about rental prices. It should be fairly cheap that time of the year.
I could just drop the hubby and kids at her house and throw down with my Phen phriends. LOL

It doesn't have to be on Halloween so let's see if we all can agree on a date. Any weekend would be fine with me b/c my hubby won't mind as long as he can drink (LOL). (Hot mama is a witness )

I would love to do this. My husband has ever other weekend off. But starting in November and through december he works long hours and does not get his weekends off. He works in retail and that is a busy time of the year for them. Unfortunately every weekend in Oct. is booked. But don't let my schedule make it hard to figure a time. I am game for either NC or Atlantic City. I would love to go to atlantic city and play the slot machines. Let me know what you guys decide.

My name gives my location away. a beach trip to the outer banks....Nags Head, Kill Devils Hill, etc. sounds like lots of fun. I would really enjoy meeting some of you!!!! I don't drink alcohol, but I suspect I'd still have a great time . I am a fulltime EVERYTHING....so I don't have much time to be an organizer, but please include me in ANY trip here in NC. Looks like there are lots of folks already here, and many more willing to come! That would be great

You came all the way from Ohio to go to Sesame Place?!? Wow. I love taking my neices and nephews there. Did you stay at the Radisson in Trevose?
I had a family reunion there (at the Radisson) a few years ago (it's very close to some family members and only a few hours drive for some others). My friends teased me about taking a vacation in Trevose, since it's just a suburb or Philadelphia where I live. There's nothing, really in Trevose except that it is not far from Sesame Place.
