    Thumbs up

I can't eat oranges (allergies) but I love grapefruit. I drink a glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice each morning and it does seem to suppress my appetite. I don't know if it's psychological but I'm always hungrier on the days when I don't drink it. Chewing on a slice of lemon is great for fresh breath too - it neutralizes odor. My kids all love to **** on a fresh piece of lime - guess they got that from me!
