Hi all
As some of you know, I have posted my success in the past on here. In the first 28 days I lost 21 pounds. So trust me, I am very happy. In the last nine days I have lost two 2 pounds, and have stayed at my current weight for the last three days. I have not eaten more (actually a little less but still around 1200 cals a day), made sure I drank the right amount of water, and I am exercising at my usual pace (which is 4-5 times a week walking for a minimum of 45 minutes). I am wondering if I have hit a wall. Any suggestions? Besides be patient?
