Thanks for the input, i do eat right since i really started my diet about 2 years ago. I have not had red meat for 2 years in May, no candy and only 20grams of fat per day, I have been walking about 3-5 miles per day for the last month. When first started 2 years ago i walked everyday and lost fast. So now just getting back to walking. If i would of kept up the walking i would not have gained 12lbs over the last 1 1/2 years. I am on 15mg Phen i may double it cause 15 just dont seem enough. or it feels like i am not hungry but then i eat a little i dont want to stop.
