Everyones Before and After Pics...

Ok..I was thinking that we could do this post where everyone could post a few pics of before and afters/durings to get us remotivated and inspired! Lets put them all on one page for easier viewing.

Almost 40 pounds gone! Ive also added a few more pics to my web page and will be adding more tomorrow.

Motivating all by your selves!

Here I am with hubby a month before starting Phen. I weighed around 244, but thought I weighed 230.

And here I am in March, 20 pounds gone.

And my most recent picture, 47 pounds gone in this picture, I've hit the 50 pounds gone mare since this was taken.

My most recent picture. Fifty pounds gone, size 16 classic fit jeans.

I WISH the lower part of my abs looked like my upper abs! LOL My hubby and I took some pictures the other night but I dont know if I will post them on here. I know they will show my tummy better but ...ahhhhh, well heck I have bikini pics on my web page. That should be enough! LOL

I also know what you mean about before pics..My worst ones went in the trash can. I wish I would have kept them now.

When I did mine I messed up a couple times. Make sure you put a space in between the last picture and the next. You know the last bracket you do after a pic? [/img] insert a space or two then start the next [img] for the next picture. Hope that makes sense.

This was my largest . . . I still hate this picture!

A relatively svelt 190 pounds!

And during weight loss pics . . .

I love this picture. It's so nice to take family pictures and not hide behind my kids anymore!

Okay, you guys! I FINALLY have before and after pics!

I hadn't really looked at this before picture... I had my friend/co-worker here next to me scan it, I said, "Here's my fat picture!" And she said... "WOW, you HAVE lost a lot of weight. Your face is so much skinnier." That was the first time I had noticed that about my face! I look in the mirror at my face now, and I think it's just amazing. I always thought I was lucky when I was bigger, because I thought I didn't have a fat face like some people get! LOL... who knew

Anyway... here goes.....

And I have a couple of after pics... BTW, sorry these are all so big!

I think those two are pretty slimming. When I look at this last one, I still see a LOT of fat that needs to be GONE. LOL

Okay, that was it! I SO hate that last one... I think that one looks like I've hardly lost anything

But oh well. There they are for all to see. LOL-- that's the first time I've EVER posted a before pic! YAY for me! Woohoooo!

I've come out of the fat closet! LOL!

Here's mine.

Okay this first one is me June a year ago. I was at 155 or so...so add another 12 pounds and that's what I looked like by the end of 2001.

Here's one in Feb of this year...one month after starting phen.

And this is me in June of this year.

If they're big, I'm sorry. If they're too small, I'm sorry!! I do what I can!! And if it weren't for Blippo, I wouldn't be able to do it at all!!
