    OK.....I've got a question.

What is the "average" amount of weight that ya'll lose in a week?

I am losing like a pound a week. Not that I'm not happy with that but was hoping for more. You know, it took 8 years to put on this week why in the world can't it take 8 DAYS to take it off! LOL

For the love of pete........why must a woman put up with so much!

    Cool

Good morning Tonia. How long have you been on Phen? My first week I lost nothing. But stuck to it, my weight has been fluctuating something fierce. Are you weighing yourself in the am?

Keew......I've been on phen for 5 weeks. I've lost about 8 lbs.

My sister has been on phen for 5 weeks as well and she has lost 21 lbs. We are the same size (until now). Thing is she isn't even drinking water or anything.

I don't get it. Getting a little discouraged but will take what I can get.

Just wished it would work better for me.

I weigh myself in the morning definately. My weigh fluctuates so much but what can ya do.

Well Tonia, my first suggestion is DON'T COMPARE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS TO ANYONE ELSE! Even if it is your sister! Your body is uniquely yours and will respond in its own way. If you are frustrated with the rate of your loss, post what you are eating, how you are exercising, etc. and let some of us here look at it and make suggestions. There are some amazing people on here who can point things out that might help you. Any loss is a good loss and losing at a slowly rate increased your likelihood of keeping the weight off long-term. Keep your focus on being healthy rather than thin and try to stay motivated, even if the journey will be longer for you!

initially I lost a chunk of weight. Thats pretty normal and now I'm averaging about 1 lb a week. Thats fine with me though.
