first of all, have you ever spent way too much time trying to secure a unique email address or password or whatever? and every time you try a new one, it's already taken?

hee hee - berfunkle is the title of an odd little film they showed at my school (it was the 70s, i attended a lab school, so it was fairly progressive/experimental - sometimes, this was a good thing, sometimes, it was just plain goofy). every other year they would show my class the film and record our responses. the point of the film was how language evolves - not that it made a difference to a bunch of elementary schoolchildren, however. berfunkle, the teachers would explain, had no meaning until or unless we assigned a meaning. in the movie, there is no other word used - the entire script consists of one word: berfunkle.

so - instead of spending a lot of time finding a unique name, i figured i would finally give berfunkle a meaning - granted, it's over 20 years later, but better late than never, right??!!

ha ha - so now you know...probably more info than ya bargained for!

Berfunkle, I don't mind the long explaination its interesting. I just think about the phensters I've got to meet in person. It was hard for me to call them by there real names. I also remember how confused my husband was when I introduced everyone by both names. Like oh this is Trip I mean Julie, or this is Cassie I mean Sherri. Oh this is Berfunkle I mean...

I did mean to go on and on about that but anyway I hope Moony's water post helps.
