    I started my Phen today but, I tokk it at 8:45am on an empty stomach and at 4 pm I was famished, by 5 I fell asleep on the couch(I NEVER take a nap during the day) I have drank about a gallon of water and had to make myself get up and go. Any suggestions? I have not been hungry AT ALL all day though, so, I guess that's the good part right??!!
    Any input would be great!

    You need to eat something during the day so that you don't get famished in the evening. I take my phentermine around 9 am on an empty stomach. Then around 10 I eat something. Then I eat lunch around 1. Then I eat dinner around 6. I usually get tired in the afternoon also. I just take a nap. Once I wake up, I am usually fine. I don't know why I get tired. There are alot of women on the forum who get tired. Just drink your water and eat at least 1200 calories. As long as the side effects don't hurt or bother you, I would keep taking it.

    Ditto to what Who said. Also, if you need to boost the affect of the phen, drink a cup of coffee in the afternoon, it can do wonders...lol.

    Veronica -- as much as you hate it, you HAVE TO MAKE YOURSELF EAT! Even though it seems like eating would be defeating the purpose -- the phen skyrockets your metabolism -- and believe it or not, the process of burning calories BURNS CALORIES! AND if your body is not getting enough fat, it goes into shut-down mode, and stores the fat you have. CUZ -- it doesn't think it's going to get anymore. People told me that over and over -- and I just could NOT grasp the concept. BUT TRUST ME -- eating on phen will actually speed up the rate at which you lose! YEAH!! LARD -- BE GONE! (hee, hee)

    Oh, sorry -- I left something out. Eating will actually pep you up. (as long as it isn't a sugar or starch) It does me anyway.
