Just started today

I just started Bontril today. I had already ordered it before I found this sight. I got a 3 month supply so will go with it for now. I had no idea there was a sight like this. It's great! I've been visiting for the last 3 days waiting for my registration to be completed. Got to run and do lunch for the family.

Hey Dianne and 911op we should be diet buddies since we all just started. Although I think I have a little head start because I started three days ago. Let me know if you want to be buddies. We can post our success. I'll start:

Start weight: 150
Current: ???? (don't know, but I think I've already lost a couple).
Goal weight: 115
Exercise: jog everyday. Day one 1 mile
Day two 2 miles. Day three......haven't made it out yet. My muscles are aching. LOL

I will be ecstatic if I break 160!!
I was at 160 for about a year - until recently..

Sometimes, I feel like I have a better shot at raising my height than I do with lowering my weight!!

This week, I go back to work after a week on vacation with my older sons.. bummer.. but the fact that I am starting this now, I think will help me focus better.. No other events to alter my routine tha i want to get into..
