Unhappy
What could I be doing wrong? I am on my third week of Phen, 30 mg, and I actually gained a couple of pounds. I'm not hungry hardly at all, and am really watching what I eat, or trying to. This is so frustrating, I'm 5'3", and 165 pounds. That's huge for me. At the rate I'm going I'm never going to lose any weight.

Just curious...are you exercising? If so, what kind of stuff are you doing & how often?

If you are exercising, it could be you've added muscle. I currently weigh 145 and am wearing clothes that I haven't worn since I was 130. I am adding quite a bit of muscle cause I exercise a lot.

I take my measurements every Sunday to be sure that's the case. I've stayed the same weight and lost 1 1/4 inches of my hips in the last 3 weeks. I've lost in other places as well but that's the most drastic.

Good Luck and stick with it...if you do everything right your body can't help but give you what you want...eventually

Hi, I am new to this but, I am not new to dieting. I thought I wasn't eating very much until I actually sat down and calculated everything I was eating. I was actually eating a lot more then I thought so I was only maintaining my weight andd not losing. Another thing you may want to take into consideration is the amount of exercising you are doing. If you are exercising a lot especially if you are lifting weights it is possible that your weight loss will not show on the scale as you are gaining muscle. Have you taken your measurements. Don't rely on the scale as it is not a true means to measuring weight loss. You need to ask yourself a few things. Are your close fitting better are you feeling better?? If so then I can imagin that this is only temporary and you will begin to see results very soon. It is hard to believe how little food 1200 calories is.

Hope this help you.
Sarah

The first thought that comes to my mind is that you may be experiencing water weight gain from that "time of the month". I almost always gain up to 10 pounds of water weight about a week to a week in a half before my "time of the month".

I wish it was just weight gain from that time of the month. I don't have them anymore, haven't for over 10 years. So I can cross that excuse off my list.
