ALOHA!!!!!

Well Ladies and gents...I (and Rod of course) am off to Hawaii this morning. It is 3:30am where I am, but you know we gotta get to the airpost all early and stuff, so we're about to walk out the door. I wanted to update you all before I went...I did SO great yesterday at Thanksgiving. You would be SOOOO proud! I only ate 2 pieces of turkey, one chicken leg and one deviled egg...NO dressing, no sweet potatoes, no mac and cheese, no rolls, etc. (I am on the low carb thing, can ya tell?) I think this Hawaii thing helped keep me on track. Last night my scale said 196....YEEEHHHAAAAWWW!!!
Also, I know I told you all I got a job...it was working at Dillards, the dept store, but the day before yesterday I got a job offer in my field, with good hours, no weekends, no holidays, and free health/dental insurance. I am so relieved to have that lined up before my vacation. I start the Monday after I get back. Well, I gotta run...but I wanted to update everyone, and I am sorry I haven't been around much, but I will be back soon. I may even get on from Hawaii...my dad is there on business, and he has a laptop there with him. Can't wait to share the pictures that I will take with you all!!!! I love you all, and thank you for being here...You are all the best!

All three of my guys are in bed with the flu ( I got my flu shot!) and it's been a day of running up and down the stairs with juice and chicken soup. Your card was a real boost!
