I exercised this moring for the first time in a long time and i feel great!!!!!

I woke up at 7 am the baby wasnt up so i decided i would try to get some exercise in. I used my elliptical machine 20 min i did hand weights for 5 minutes and I did about 125 crunches so alltogether I got about 30 minutes in. I have felt good all morning wooooo hoooooo.
I just want out of the 200 weight range.

WAY TO GO! I always have to FORCE myself to excercise, but like you feel GREAT (and HAPPY) when I'm done!

Yea Ginny! I know how tough it is to work it in with little ones. My one year old little guy thinks it's hysterical to throw himself across my abdomen when I am doing crunches. He laughs and laughs when he gets hit in the head with my knees! I am the master of working out while my kids eat breakfast. The bottom line is that it can be done, you just have to get a little creative sometimes!

I'm so glad you are feeling good - keep it up several times a week and you'll be a whole new woman!
