Now contrary to what everyone says...Wendy isn't all that bad!! You can't ban fast food forever. Very, very few of us have that kind of will power. My solution is to have Wendy's...but have a kids meal. Its just the right portion amount...and enough to satisfy that craving!!
Denying your cravings always and completely will make it that much harder to maintain your weight when you reach goal. You've got to be able to balance the healthy with the not so healthy. So you have a burger for lunch? Eat a salad for dinner. Or something else super, super light.
Well...probably not what you were looking for, but there it is anyway!!
