Hello all, I have been checking out the forum for almost a week. I just started taking 30mg of Phen on Friday. This is my first time using it yet I don't feel any changes. I still have cravings and feel hungry but I read that a lot of you have to remind yourself to eat! What is wrong with me? I am also having a slight headache pretty much all day, and I am tired instead of bouncing with energy. What's up with that? I have checked my blood pressure and it is fine. I am drinking so much water I think I'm gonna float away. Does it just need more time to kick in or has anyone else experienced this too? Please help!!!

Others have experienced the "lack" of effects as well. One of the suggestions I remember was to make sure you take it in the morning on an empty stomach about 1-2hrs before breakfast. And that if you drink coffee it helps to take the phen w/coffe...helps kick start it.

Also, it works for some and doesn't for some. Try taking it at different times with differnt drinks, water, coffee, juice, etc. and see if you notice any changes. I can deffinately tell you I notice a difference on an empty stomach before breakfast.

    Good Luck

    Hi,

    Don't give up.

Why not try having a meal plan ready for yourself starting tommorow. It kind of helped me when I first started. Have breakfast and then have something available for a snack a couple of hours later, maybe like an apple or banana. Have lunch and then another snack. Go on to dinner. I did that as I first had headaches too and they ended up going away. Don't forget you DO have to eat! I was getting headaches because I wasn't eating enough. You may have to try different things to have it work for you.

Don't forget to drink water ALL DAY!

Good luck and hang in there.
