I just talked to my Doc today. After looking into it, I am going to try the combo. I decided to do this for 2 reasons. One, the phentermine hasn't been working as well for me as it used to, two, I have noticed recently while taking it that I am more edgy and angry. I start today, 1 dose for 7 days then twice a day with 1 dose (37.5 mg) of phentermine. Oddly enough, my insurance is covering this. I had super sucess several years ago with phen fen and I am hoping for the same. Starting weight 163.5, height 5'5, female. I exercise 30 - 40 min every other day, I have 2 little kids and I diet accordingly. I have always drank at least 8 glasses of H2O a day and I am hoping that this works,
    Thanks

I take both, and have no problems. One of Well's side effects is small weight loss, usually no more than 5 lbs. It has not been proven in any study that is aids in weightloss, other than the fact that when you aren't depressed, you are more likely to do something positive about your weight. Make sense?

I also drink about once a week - and haven't experienced any side effects. However, the prescription warnings on the Well bottle do say not to drink alchoholic beverages while taking it. Standard issue warning, I think, but it's there for a reason.

Everyone is different. Let us know how it goes!
