You hit a wall. We all do that once in a while, whether it's just in our head, or the scale stops moving, or we slip back into bad habbits during times of stress, we all slam into that brick wall once in a while.
But you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back to doing what you need to do. Just like you said you were doing in your post!

So, you've just won half the battle right there! Hold your head high and repeat after me "I am a weight warrior and I will not be defeated!"
Then, just to get a mental reality check of just how far you've come, go to the grocery store and try picking up a 40 pound bag of dog food! Wow!
You really have come a long way baby!!
