Hi everyone, I spent my thanksgiving weekend down in colorado, with the love of my life i beleive, read on and you'll see why i'm so much happier these days... even if my stupid weight loss is at a standstill!!

I have a tale of serendipity to tell u guys. I met this wonderful guy like 11 years ago... here's the story. One time at band camp (seriously lol), I met this boy who was at football camp and we stayed in touch for a couple years after... then lost contact. It's now been 11 years since then, and around august i get this letter from him. Seems he went to his mom's and was clearing out the last of his stuff, and came across an old shoebox full of letters. Took a chance and wrote me one with my very old address. I have moved like 20 times since then. Somehow it had to of made it to the postlady that knows my mom and somehow knew that i was her daughter and made it to my hands. So to make a long story short, just recently met back up with him during thanksgiving and i beleive in fate now. There were so many sparks between us it wasn't even funny. So now i'm trying to get my life in order to maybe move out there in the summer. We will see how it goes butthat's the most exciting thing that's been happeneing in my life.

I have posted some pictures of our wonderful date down in the royal gorge, which has the tallest suspension bridge in the world!!

Okay last one.. they actually had an elevator ride that took you down in the gorge, it's actually the arkansas river i beleive.. it was so much colder going down there i froze my toosh off so we didn't stay down there long.

feels so great to have friends on this forum and to get happy things like this out and to have so many nice things said... i can't even tell you how much i get out of this forum sometimes. I will have to agree with other's that this has turned so much more into a friend's forum...instead of just weight loss.

Triplet- Yes he know's about the crusie, i asked him to come with me.. but he doesn't have enough money so it will still be my and spydersong rooming together. I am so excited about the cruise.. actually seems this year is the year for traveling. I'm going to vietnam with my cousin for a week in march then i'm going to nashville for our get together in march too.. and then the cruise in october... I'm so excited i havn't gotten to travel in forver!!

Deb- I brought my fishin pole and everything.. (Yeah the deep sea rig) haha. But darn if the sign said i couldn't i was so disappointed

Tonia- thanks girl... i happen to think he is babealicous!! lol. btw..cute cute kidos you have there.

Mer- yeah he has a brother but not in texas..lol in washington.. but he's married...sorry girl!! lol.
