My doctor said that since I was having problems
losing weight she told me to try this for
three weeks.
Start walking very early in the mornings. Before
it even starts to get warm. Starting out 30 minutes.Also walk a fast walk.
Start walking again like above late in the evening.Around 8:30 - 9:00. That way hopefully
it has cooled of or starting to cool off.
Eat Breakfast. She said you will notice most
are slim because the eat breakfast.
Lunch will be the big meal of the day.
Eat no Dinner.
I can have some fruit in the evenings.
Thats it.
I will just have to wait the 3 weeks to see
if it worked.
she also said the more you walk the less you
feet will swell.
