Howdy to all ya phenster phrends, im sure you have your own diet plan, but i would like to share some of the things that has helped me shed 100lbs but still have 25lbs to go!!
1. NO REGULAR POP! 2. NO FRIED FOODS! 3. NO EATING AFTER 6:00 4. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY HAVE GREAT SNACKS THAT ARE LOW CAL ex: WOW'S POTATO CHIPS, SHERBERT ICE CREAM (iluvit.) 1 whole cup has just 1g. of fat!!!!! What has helped you?!?
