Howdy to all ya phenster phrends, im sure you have your own diet plan, but i would like to share some of the things that has helped me shed 100lbs but still have 25lbs to go!!![]()
1. NO REGULAR POP! 2. NO FRIED FOODS! 3. NO EATING AFTER 6:00 4. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY HAVE GREAT SNACKS THAT ARE LOW CAL ex: WOW'S POTATO CHIPS, SHERBERT ICE CREAM (iluvit.) 1 whole cup has just 1g. of fat!!!!! What has helped you?!?![]()
