oooohhh......it all started Friday. I went to the gym at lunch for the first time in months (it's been so long I've clean forgotten my locker combination) & after 35 minutes on the elliptical, decided to do some upper-body sets & even though I hadn't in quite a while, I didn't spare the weights & did three sets of everything. Felt good at the time! That was on top of the basic Tae Bo in the AM.

Then I was so happy that it was nice instead of beastly hot yesterday that I took the dog hiking for about an hour and a half...

Then I came home & attacked my two-feet high ivy out front with the string trimmer for over an hour.

Every cell I own is asking it's neighbor (at the top of it's voice, mind you)"What the BLEEP is she DOING???!"

Reaching for the naproxyn in the large economy size,

Ouch!!! I think you'd have been alright if you hadn't worked in the yard !! LOL I hate yard work.

Oh, and I forgot to tell you that I was wrangling the chairs back into the choir loft at 10:30 last night.

I managed to get to church by 8:00 for choir....I'm much better this evening after going up to the park with my neighbor & the dogs & hitting the tennis ball for them (the dogs, not the neighbor). And a few chores around the yard (no power tools this time!)

Honestly, I DID mean to ease back into the weights, I just got carried away....

Similiar experience here. I did a "two a day" exercise routine yesterday. Ended up walking to the movies last night meeting a friend there. This was after walking/running 75 minutes yesterday morning. Anyway, the movie theater is 3 miles from my house. I left late so had to hustle at an even faster pace then my normal 14 minute mile pace. Ugh!!! My legs were barking last night. But, I am kind of happy that it has already subsided today. So get back out there and do it again. We are not anything if we are not persistantly stupid.
