I "uped" the food intake and after only 2 days the scale moved down![]()
Now if I can only get my butt out of the couch to exercise!! Why am I so bad at this?

If you think that was a positive adjustment you should see the results when you exercise! It is hard to imagine but I actually look forward to it now. GET OFF THE COUCH! Feel the benefit of exercise...you will be surprised that after making it a routine it is no longer something you dread!![]()

That's great!! Who'd of thought eating more would help you lose weight. I am so happy that I have finally learned that I do not have to starve myself to lose weight. It makes it so much easier. As far as exercise, I've have just started too. I ran/walked on the treadmill yesterday for almost 30 minutes and I felt so good. I think I was just so happy that I did it. I'm ready to go again tonight. I got on the treadmill and turned on the radio and danced while I was walking. It was really a lot of fun. Just get started and it will get better.

Now EXERCISE!! You'll eventually get to where you LOVE it and look forward to it as your YOU time and LOVE the way you feel afterward. Go read KayBee's post. I have a confession to make...
