Well, at first I thought this might be kind of bragging but when I saw other people do it I saw that it was really encouraging to see other people lose weight. Soooo, I went from a size 16 to a 14 in the last 10 days!!!! They are tight but they do zip up!!! (I binged last night but after cussing myself out for 4 hours I am back on top of it.) Donna

You've earned the right to brag. Quit cussing at yourself when your weak. LOL, we all have our weak moments. The idea is to learn other ways of coping, but it takes time!

Keep up the good work and before you know it, the guys around town will be taking double takes!

Sorry I have not been around for awhile, but I had a birthday and my hubby and I went out of town and then my baby and I both got sick and I just haven't been posting lately. I have lost 24 lbs. so far and I am pretty elated myself. Let's keep this going shall we?

Hey I am so excited for you! I know exactly how it feels now! I got into a 14 the other day shopping and it felt great. I think the last time i was in a 14 was when i was 8 yrs old. hehe. well good luck!
