Just wanted to say alittle thank you to the ladies on here who answered my posts about the puppy! Ihave been debating for a while now on having a inside dog and finally did it ~ We have a new addition to our family buddy the shihtzu He is adoreable! thanks again ladies suz

I am going to my moms today and will try to get a picture ~ Santa forgot my digital camera and instead brought the puppy He is 8 wks old and his name is Buddy - my kids 12 and 11 named him ( and agreed on it I might add ) He is white and gold mixed - white face and legs and feet and tail and gold on his upper body and white belly ~ Hope to posts a pic soon ! thanks for replying ! Your pic of your puppy is adoreable too !! suz

Suz -- congrats! An excellent choice for sure. I have a shih-tzu/bichon mix. My first small dog and I'm hooked for life. They are WONDERFUL dogs -- so much affection, they're not hyper, and have such a fun personality. Only warning, get a crate and start potty training IMMEDIATELY. They are notoriously resistant to proper potty behavior and need to be trained diligently.

Enjoy -- he will be great with your kids too!

I am getting a picture sent email from my mom since I don;t have a digital camera but I will post it soon and We LOVE buddy already!!! He is such a sweetie - gonna be as spoiled as my kids are !! And we have only had him two weeks saturday and he goes on the pad all the time already !! He even barks in the middle of the nite from his crate and I take him to the pad and he potties ! I hope this continues so well ~ You will have to send a pic of a ****zu and bischon mix I would love to see it ! Suz
