best dosage? - Phentermine.com

I am thinking of ordering phentermine online. I am just wondering what dosage you all think is most effective? Is the 37 worth the extra money? I have been on phen in the past and was on 30s the first month and then 37. It seemed the 30s maybe worked better but i am wondering if that could have been just that it was not as effective for me since it was the second month. I have read that you can become used to it and the effects wear off. Is that true for any of you? Thanks!

Hi.
I can only speak from my experience. I used the 30 mg capsules and they workes great for me. I only used them about 5 days a week and they always seemed like they worked well. I tried the 37.5 mg for ONE DAY and was really nauseated and yucky feeling, so I went back to the 30's. I think they are time released and the 37.5's are not.
