I just got done walking 4 miles on my treadmill... whoo~hoo for me!! Now.. I am starving!!! I'm thinking about going into the kitchen and fixing me something to eat . The only thing I had for supper was a little salad and it did not fill me up at all. I need everyone to come in here and tell me to keep my butt out of the kitchen.....

Hi Crystal,
Don't go in the kitchen!!! It is so hard
when you want to have a "party in your mouth!"
Actually try and eat something healthy
without alot of carbs. That's what your body
wants to bring the sugar level up. Try a hot
bath or something to get your mind off the food
thing.

Go into the kitchen and have something!! Make yourself an eggwhite omelet...that'll fill you up and is virtually calorie free!!

Or have an apple, some carrots...or a slice of toast even.

Don't deny!! If you're hungry feed yourself...just feed yourself a tiny bit!!

I agree with Deltha...go eat something. You had a hard work out and a lil dinner, sounds like you need a little something.

Doesnt mean you gotta have a banana split or a hot fudge sundae or even a cookie dough shake from TCBY although DAMN that sounds gooood!

I'm hungrin!

Drink some water, have some soup, then fruit then something protein like the eggwhites mentioned. I find if I drink a lot of water, eat soup, fruit and steamed veggies by the time I get to anything else I'm stuffed and its hard to eat more.
Fill up on low-cal but tummy filling foods. You should have a snack post-workout anyway and a salad for dinner just doesn't seem like enough so GO FOR IT, just be in control. I know you can do it!!!!

Thanks girls for the replies.. I got off here last night and went and took a hot bath. Then drank two more glasses of water. By that time I wasn't very hungry, so I went to bed. I am now ready for breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise I'll eat my normal for breakfast.

Eat woman! I just had an English muffin with some light cream cheese, and an apple. About 240 cals. Oh....and of course, my Starbuck's coffee.

mmmmmm Starbucks.....I don't have a Starbucks here, but when i lived in Atlanta, there was one less than 2 minutes from my house...funny, that's when I gained most of my weight...Jeff: How bout a trip to FLA on a Starbucks run??

I'm pround of you Crystal...I am so weak when I am really hungry.

I always have something to eat after a work out. Its usually something really small and light. A piece of fruit, something.

THen, if I'm still hungry - I'll fill my 32oz bottle of water and drink. If I'm still hungry after that, then I'll eat again, because my body needs it.
