After reading these posts for the past month or two my wife and I decided to start on Phen together. It's nice to have this forum for support, because the kind words really DO HELP. Now I have extra support with my wife doing it right along-side of me. I am so proud of her,because she has been doing so good with her diet plan, even though things havent always been easy. I was already dieting before Phen and lost about 11 pounds in 3 weeks. I have since lost another 5 after my first full week on Phen. My wife has also lost 16 pounds. Please keep up the kind words of encouragement because people really do benefit. Half of Phen's success comes from the support of it's members. Everyone...Take a bow, you've earned it!

Welcome! That has to be a huge support to have someone else at home going through the same challenges and triumphs. Good luck to you both - and post often! I'm sure the guys here will be happy to have more testosterone on board!

Thats my hubby! We have both have been so excited to keep losing weight each week. We both took yesterday off and still not as hungry as before Phen. We decided to buy the 90 day supply of 30mg and split it. I was on 15mg, five years ago and it worked for me. I think we might increase to 37.5 mg next time. I am so proud of my hubby, he has been working out more than I have. I have a hard time getting started, he can stay up till wee hours of the night. Last night he went to the gym at 12:00 a.m., ugh. (we have clubhouse in our neighborhood with a keyless entry that is open 24-7) I have to be in bed each night by 10:00. Things are going so well for the two of us right now. Not to bore ya, but we just recently got back together last month after being separated for 4 months. We are so happy now! We have 2 beautiful sons, 12 and 1 1/2 and cant wait to start doing family things again, now just skinnier! Look at Summertime! we really do appreciate all the help and support. I especially want to comment on the support from posts I have read from MissJoli, Wicca, Cassie, Nitra, just to name a few! [IMG]null[/IMG]
