Hey everyone,
I don't post to much, but I wanted to share something with you. When I started on Phen the second time around, I knew I had to do something to keep me going this time.
So, Everytime I take my walk in the morning I write it down on my calendar when I get back,
Like today I wrote " WALKED! 3MILES!"
This makes me feel so good, And my family and friends see it to. Any ways Yesterday my husband told me to add up my miles for the month. I did and guess what, I walked 33 miles this month. I can't believe it. Does any one else walk for their exercise? I also put a small piece of paper on my frigde everyday with 8 little glasses, everytime I drink a glass I mark a glass out. Keeps me in line. Things like this help so much, Just wanted to share,
