Question
Ok ladies. I'm a little late and doubt I'm pregnant but there it is possible, but I kindof doubt it!

I've only been on Phen for almost 2 weeks and have gained half my weight back this week (which from a previous post I'm guessing is just pms crap).

So are irregular cycles common? What are your experiences?

Im not sure if that is "normal", but hopefully someone will reply with their experience. I do know that if you think you may be pregnant, you should think about not taking the phen until you find out. Whatever it is, I am sure you will get some good advice, and suggestions from people in here.

Of course, make sure about the pregnant bit first.

Phen has really screwed up my periods. First month I had two - spotted in between. Then nothing for 60 days. Since then, sometimes normal, sometimes not. It seems to be quite a common complaint. I'm fixed, so pregnancy was not a concern for me.

Hi there,
We started at about the same time, and I am experiencing the same thing. I haven't gained, but the scale is standing still, I'm feeling bloated, and feel as if I'm going to start any minute, but nothing. I can't wait to get it over with so about 4 pounds will fall off overnight! There is no way I am preggo. I'm through with that phase of my life, so maybe it's the change in exercise, I'm thinking. I'm really working hard!

Thanks ladies for your replys!

I still haven't started BUT over night dropped the 4 lbs. I'm thinking that I'm going to start ANY MINUTE, hopefully!! I took a pregnancy test and NOTHING! So I'm sure all is well and we'll just be more careful from here on out! I'd really like to LOSE the weight before another baby arrives!!!

TxPeach~

Thanks for you input! Let's keep in touch. I too and working VERY hard at changing my eating, exercise, etc. so I'm thinking that with all this change are bodies are trying to adjust and probably going to be alittle off wack for a few months!

Keep in touch, Kel

Ohhh honey! I haven't had a regular period in 3 months! (That's how long I've been on phen.) I don't like it but I've gotten used to it!

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!

I have been having weird periods lately and chalked it up to nearing menopause (I am only 38!) I was late last month...and this month...I have been spotting for several days..really crampy one day but can't tell if I have really had my period or not...Thank goodness for this site. I was really starting to think I was going crazy and maybe should make a GYN appointment!

I have been checking into this site regularly since April and have never come across this period side-effect stuff...I have seen lots of "late" periods but I thought that was due to reducing calories...Thanks gals!
