4lbs is great! i still haven't bought a scale so i don't know if i've lost anything but it's only been 6 days. don't get down just keep it up and do your best!
4 pounds isn't nothing! Don't defeat yourself before you get started. Make sure you have taken your measurements because that will help track your progress better than a scale will. Your weight will fluctuate a lot depending on the time of month, how much water you retain, etc.
2 pounds a week is actually a good, healthy rate to lose weight. I know it gets frustrating when someone else posts that they have lost 10 pounds or more, but everyone is going to lose differently. If you want to lose at a faster rate, make sure you are following a regular exercise plan, drinking plenty of water, and eating on a regular basis so your metabolism doesn't slow down. You can do it! There are a lot of others here going through the same thing. Good luck!
