I got work from my hubby at the great hour of 6am after going to bed at 4. He passed. he is a at 19 percent body fat and I will be a Navy wife once again in about 3 days. He is so happy and I am SO PROUD of him. I will have health insurance and so much less stress.

I haven't been eating well just drinking water because I feel a sinus infection coming on. Ya sore bad sore throat, aching face and eyes and nose and head....so guess what?

In all my stress and stuff I lost 4 more pounds since my Monday morning weigh in. That may be due to less water too...

So DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am down to 211.2 woo hoo come on 100's I am waiting for ya. And I just remeasured and from teh first measure date of 4/23 I have lost

Waist..43-37
Hips ..50-44
Arms-..16.5-14.5
Thighs..23-19
WOO HOO

OK I am done now

If anyone else has Tricare Standard will you tell me if it covers meds like Phen?

Woo Hoo, way to go girl, I am glad you are so happy! Maybe the stress will ease up and you'll feel better and start eating.

YAY for you and your hubby, first off.... I'm sure it'll be a HUUUUUGE relief to have health insurance again!!

And now, I must say....

WHOOOOOAAAAA!!! Look at all those inches you've lost!! Those s u c k e r s really add up.

You should keep a piece of ribbon that keeps track of how many inches you've lost, so you won't get discouraged when the scale seems to stand still... just measure out what you've already lost, and then tie on additional inches each time you lose more!

I'll bet after awhile, that will be one long ribbon and you will be one TRIM lady!

I don't think that the military insurance pays for phentermine. They didn't when my ex-husband was in the Marine Corp. Course that was over 7 years ago. And my cousin tried to get on phentermine 5 years ago and have them pay and they wouldn't.

Tell your husband congrates also.
