Adipex 37.5 users come here please!!!! - Phentermine.com

I just got my script refilled and am now taking the adipex 37.5 capsules. I am curious though, it says to either take it before breakfast or 2 hours afterwards. Which way is better? Before I was taking the generic 37.5 caplets (the all white where I could cut it in half if needed) and that said to take 1/2 hour before breakfast. Today I took it before breakfast, and so far so good. Just thought I'd see what everyone else was doing. Thanks for the feedback!

I just checked the pictures of the phen and I don't see the ones I'm taking on there????
Mine are blue and white capsules and they're Adipex but the only pic I see are the caplets with blue and white specs. Anyone else taking the same ones I'm taking???

Hey Haas -

I take half at 7:00 and then don't eat anything until about 8:30. I think as long as you take it on an empty stomach and give it time to absorb you'll be okay.

Bamagu,

You're taking the ones that can be cut in half right? Mine is a capsule that can't be broken. I thought since it was an appetite suppresant that taking it on an empty stomach would be the case for best results. However, after reading I could take it 2 hours after breakfast, somehow I think I'd still have food in my tummy digesting? Can't they just make it the same rules for every pill?????

Can you tell me how you are doing with the adipex? I am using the phen 30mg, and am almost out. I called the pharmacist and he said try either BOntril or tenuate? I need help?

I DON'T TAKE THE CAPSULES I TAKE THE ALL WHITE PILLS, BUT A FRIEND OF MINE TAKES THE SAME ONES THAT YOU TAKE. I THINK IT DEPENDS ON YOUR SCHEDULE AND WHEN YOUR HUNGRY. BUT WE BOTH EAT AROUND 9:15AM THEN TAKE THE PHEN AT 10:15-10:30, PERSONALLY I THINK IT WORKS BETTER THAT WAY BCUZ IT LASTS ALL DAY AND DOESN'T MAKE ME HUNGRY AT NIGHT. BUT IKE I'VE HEARD IT DEPENDS ON YOU. I TAKE IT THIS WAY BCUZ IT WAS RECOMENDED BY MY DOCTOR. MY FRIEND DOES THE SAME. HOPE THIS HELPS... GOOD LUCK.

Hey Haas - I take my second half of the 37.5 tab between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and I ususally eat around noon so I'm taking it usually an hour or so after I eat lunch and it works great the rest of the afternoon and evening. I assume it would work the same way for you if you took your cap in the morning an hour or so after you eat breakfast. Let us know how it goes!

I have done it two ways and I find both have their merit.

During the week when I have to get up early to get to work, I cut the 37.5 tablet in 1/2 and take 1/2 at 7 am and then the other 1/2 at around 2 pm. I found that if I take the whole thing at 7 am I am hungry in the evening (my worst time for getting off program).

On the weekends I usually take the whole thing around 10 am and it keeps me from eating the whole day. If we are going out for a late night on the weekend, I have divided it in 1/2 and taken 1/2 at 10 and 1/2 as late as 4 pm.

Caution, you don't want to take it too late in the afternoon if you have to go to bed at a decent hour and get up in the morning. I've been on it for 3 weeks and it still keeps me up at night if I take it too late in the day. My advice is to test the limits when you have a day or two off.

Thanks you guys for responding. I have the capsules though. The ones with the beads inside of them, so I can't cut mine in half. I took mine this morning before breakfast, and I have been doing ok so far. Now I'm concerned cuz everyone seems to be on the pills that CAN be cut in half. Like I said before, when I checked the pictures, I didn't recognize the one I'm taking.

Any other suggestions

Im not sure I understood but I think you are saying you are on the capsules with blue and white balls inside. Those are what I take. I thought those were generic phentermine. I have only been on for a week. I have a problem sometimes taking all of the 30 mg, so I open the capsule and pour some out. I dunno if this is right thing to do, but it works. Maybe the wrong amount may be in or out. Anyways thats what I do. My appetite is still big-not as but still big. The pills make me feel strange. Its only my first week though.
